Far exceeded expectations.
Cool crew, super relaxing.
Drinks included, and less money than other tours.
We had an excellent experience on our sunset snorkel and dolphin watching Kruse. The crew, especially JC, were very nice and accommodating. We saw several families of dolphins stopped for an hour of snorkeling and got a beautiful view of the sunset. Just wish they would’ve had snacks (even if for sale) as we were starving.
The snorkeling, the experience, the sunset was all amazing. The music was great. The captain was seemingly nice-Kyle. His hand/crew guy, however, was markedly rude to anyone who was overweight or a woman over the age of 30. I happen to be both. It was little slights at first, being last to get flippers/life jacket... then when the time came to jump off he made a comment “We are here for a good time not for a long time” when there was a small child in front of me that I could not jump over or on... obviously. Then, when coming back from snorkeling, he asked every single person that got in the boat “Did you have a good time? See anything?” Except me. When I asked a question, I was ignored. Literally, ignored. I felt like crying. My husband had to calm me down several times. He gave me wide berth, never said excuse me when going past, and never spoke to me. Not once. He spoke to every other couple/person on board. He spoke to my slender husband.
The experience with my husband was great. The crew hand was lacking.
Captain Kyle was good. Crew guy- nope.
We went 3/15 Sunset Dolphin and snorkel
It was a good trip. The snorkeling was okay and could have been longer. The crew was nice and professional.
